We are looking for ideas on how to implement plans which are reimbursement plans of different frequencies. Eg Childcare benefits plans where employees can pay up for the day care facilities only either the Monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly frequency. The requirement is that employee need to provide proof of payment based on the frequency, which will be verified and approved for re-imbursement. Ie; if an employee enrolls for a monthly frequency, he/she will need to provide the receipt every month, which on being verified will be approved.


Please suggest an approach if anyone has come across such a requirement
