Schedule based request

Schedule based request is showing an error.

Content (required):

We have configured On program, which is executed based on hiring event defined at program level. However, we defined enrollment detail at schedule level.

1. Event Executed : now when employee is hired then this event will be executed.
2. Yearly Schedule : every year administrator run request to send enrollment request to an employee so if employee want to enroll then he can.

Issue : when we run the request " Evaluate Scheduled Event Participation" to so enrollment option can be available eat employee but this request completed with an error.

Error is :The participation process selection mode can't find the required predefined life events needed to run. Contact your benefits administrator for a data review.
