The employee can only see their latest Performance Document in the Performance Spotlight even though multiple completed performance documents exist for prior years.

Content (required):

Employee has multiple completed performance documents example: 2019, 2020 , 2021. All are visible by the HR Specialist and the employee's manager. The employee can only see their latest 2021 Performance Document. This is happening for all employee's and not just one. I have looked to see if I have a hidden Review period field in the Performance Spotlight but not able to see anything. If I delete 2021 - then the employee will see their 2020 performance document.

Any help appreciated.
