Absence balance is showing different from the employee view and HR view.
Summary:
There is one employee when HR go see his balance the balance is showing correctly up to last calculation but here the issue is with employee only whenever he go and see his balance the balance not showing correctly in the current date but if he selects last calculation date then the balance is showing correctly.
Expected outcome: The employee should see his full balance in the current date because the plans are front-loaded once and it will reset every year april 1st.
