2nd Line Manager not able to update/override performance Rating

Hi All,

We have a business scenario as below:-

Julie Smith is the top manager and Olivier is her direct report and Marko is a direct report of Olivier

Marko --> Olivier --> Julie

In the performance template, we have checked 'First Approval'. However, when Olivier submits the rating of Marko, the approval is sent to Julie correctly, but she has the option to check Olivier's ratings in view only mode. Julie is not able to edit or override Olivier ratings but can add comments and reject which then again re-opens the document for Olivier.

Kindly confirm if this is an expected behavior that the 2nd line manager does not have access to edit the rating
