Any options to retrieve purged approval workflow task details with attachments
Summary: Our current client is from a public sector. As part of their business process requisitions/purchase orders will go through multiple stages and levels of approvals.
During approval process approver might requests for additional information to support thier approval decision. Requester/document owner use to respond with additional documents as an attachment. These supporting documents towards requests for additional information are shared and recorded directly on document approval workflow tasks and will not have any record on the actual document level.
Since its a public sector, during auditing with details of attachment documents which were shared on approval tasks - might be required to support their approval deicisons.
