Absence balance is not showing correctly in current date under under absence balance.

Hi Experts,

One employee raised one issue whenever he go and see his absence balance by following the process Me->Time and Absences->Absence Balance here we have Balance As-of Date under this we have two drop downs calculation date and current date actually he has two absence plan both are front-loaded once so the full amount of balance should be shown up today only under current data which is expected behavior for all but is not showing the complete balance on current date but it is showing correctly on last calculation date.

please advice me on this how can I replicate this issue.
