OCI-C System Availability & Service Credits/Penalty Clause
We would like to find out if you all have System Availability as a clause for OCI-C PaaS CS Services such as SOA & MFT ?
We are using SOA, MFT and other Cloud Services as PaaS under OCI-Classic Environment. In the recent past we have had couple of outages on some of the services, and our leadership insists that SLA on System Availability to be monitored, and enforced.
I do not intend to have this as a commercial discussion, and I will be reaching out to our CSM on the same. Here I would like to know how other customers are managing it, for instance we have critical systems and integrations running on this instance and any outages potentially would have revenue losses and cost implications.
