Summary:


Content (required): The requirement is that when an employee moves from waive to enroll options in the plan, a pending action should fire each time. We have setup the certification - determination rule at the Option in plan level for 'Enroll' option within the plan. The plan is setup as an unrestricted plan in program. The life event in context therefore is the 'Unrestricted' Life event.


What is observed is that , when the life event is evaluated the fast formula is getting called. However, when the employee makes enrollments and submits the change, the fast formula is not getting called. Unless the fast formula is called when enrollments are submitted/saved, the expected result of triggering a pending action based on the enrollment will not work.
