Stop Candidates redirecting to Current Jobs on external career site
Summary:
We have a scenario in our business where there are lots of employees who don't have access to the system (I.e Labourers, road workers etc), for these employees a record is created with their personal email address just for payslip bursting processes.
When such employees tries to apply for the job on the external career site with their personal email address the system redirects them to the internal career site which is the main concern as they don't have any credentials in the system for login.

Is there any way possible to bypass the candidate email verification so that they are directly routed to external application flow and not the current jobs.
