No default Ship-to location in AR invoice from Intercompany Autoinvoice

Summary:

We created intercompany transactions and then transferred to AR, when AR Invoice is created, the Ship-to location is null or blank, even though we have Primary Ship-to location with the Bill-to site assigned on it.

What maybe the cause of this issue?

When we tried creating a manual AR transaction directly in AR, and select the primary bill to - the ship to location is automatically populated.
