Generate a report for Incidents that are created manually

Hello Experts,
I there a way or a report that can determine how many incidents that are created manually ( meaning the agents/CRS created it themselves) and not coming from the mailbox? I hope somebody can help me thank you in advance. :)
Content (required): No. Of Incidents created per Agent/CSR or the whole details including Reference # , Date created, etc.
