Internal Candidate Process
I would like to explain my current client process for Internal Candidate, so you could give me your experts, please find it below:
If the manager wants to promote an employee, the process is as following;
Current position for an employee is [
Engineer] and the manager wants to promote him to [
Senior Engineer] he should create a job requisition first and then the recruiter team will do the remaining part and post the job on the Internal Career site and some time on Both the Internal and External Career sites.
The employee should submit for job application on the internal career site and then he will go through the selection process with other candidates, during the Application and shortlisting and interview an employee has to add their [CV, Certification, etc...] as well the recruiter and hiring manager will add their own comments, and then the internal employee selected to fill the new positing which is [
