Is it possible to have multiple Unrestricted Open Life Events?

edited Jul 22, 2022 8:14AM in Benefits 7 comments

Summary:

We are implementing Benefit Plans (not within a Program) but have hit an issue with the design around life event types.

Content (required):

We have a benefit that is triggered by life events - new hire and data changes, eg, marriage, that opens the private medical scheme for changes for a period of 90 days.

We then have a benefit that requires the enrolment to be open all year, eg cycle2work. On investigating we believe we can use the Unrestricted Open Life event type. However, this appears to be a seeded option and can only be used once, with a name change only available.

Howdy, Stranger!
