How to add category name in Requisition Approval Email Report

Guide me How to add category name in Requisition Approval Email Report.

Path = Shared Folder -> Custom -> Procurement -> Self Service Procurement >Requisition Approval Email Report

I check the data model in there is a category name also but i cant extract the xml and also dont know how to add in rtf template please guide me
