how to add the "Attribute List" to the information Template?

Summary:

Our requirement is to personalise the Requisition creation using smartforms

for that, we need to create Information Template, but the list of value "Attribute List" is empty

Do you know how to fullfill this field with different values, I tried DFF but not working
