Is anyone using Attribute based Planning for Creating Supply based on various sizes for same item?

Summary: Attribute based Planning to net Demand and Supply based on Size attributes from Item Order Capture for Supply planning recommendations.

Content (required):We have a Critical business requirement that needs Transactional Attributes to be considered during Order Capture for Variety of Item Sizes / Dimension combinations and Supply Planning to use those Transactional Attributes for Plan for these items.

Single Item has demand in multiple size combinations (for which its impossible to create millions of New Items) so we need to Capture individual sizes in Attributes during Order Capture and Supply Planning needs to respect these. Please advise if this feature exists else any alternate feasible solution available at this point. Let me know if someone has already implemented this.
