Summary:

Unable to re-trigger HC Video from both Oracle and Candidate Search Portal. If a candidate experience technical issues, seems the only way to trigger another HV link is by triggering it from skillset.

  1. Is there any way to have a method to re-trigger HireVue video request?
  2. How t o get candidate to re-do the Hirevue Interview while status is marked as complete?
  3. How to turn off the reusability function of Hirevue? as Candidate previously completed HV interview for one position and the same video interview is reused for other position.
