Questionnaire in anytime document filled in simultaneously by manager and employee

Our customer would like to implement an "open" questionnaire in an anytime document, that means that it should be filled in simultaneously by the employee and his/her manager; answers as well must be visible at the same time, before submitting the document.

Is this feasible?
