Compensatory Plan - 90 Day Use/Lose - No Accrual
Summary:
Our company requires some Saturday production. Is it possible to create an Absence Plan that has no Annual/Calendar front or back loaded days/hours. The concept is that if a person works Saturday and you worked a full day/half day either 8 or 4 hours would be added to this compensatory plan. However, those hours must be used by 90 days or those hours are to be paid out. The compensatory plan would sort of be a rolling plan where hours may get added and if added roll out either by use within 90 days or paid
