Is there a way to allow Skip level Manager/ Sr. Execs to update the ratings provided by the Manager?
Summary:
Our client has a requirement wherein they want the skip level manager to be able to update the final rating provided by the Manager. In usual cases the 2nd level approval shouldn't be used but in some cases where a dispute/deadlock occurs between the employee and the manager, the higher executive should be allowed to intervene and override the Manager's ratings. Can this be done?
