Anytime Feedback not appearing under Notes section of Performance Document?
Summary:
Hi All!
Our understanding is that the "Notes" section (activated by Performance Template / Process tab / Processing Options: Display Feedback Notes), on a Performance Document would contain Anytime Feedback (unsolicited feedback on certain goals/employee's overall performance at any given time during the year cycle).
In the Performance Template, we have the "Display Feedback Notes" option selected. When we provide Anytime Feedback - the feedback does not appear in the "Notes" section of a Performance Document. The "Notes" section remains blank.
How can we get the feedback to display within the "Notes" section of a Performance Document?
