Hi,

We are seeing new Veteran Status fields on the Career Site for the Candidate after 22C. We would like to know if there is any explanation or requirements of US legislation around keeping these fields.

In the past, Oracle has published a EEO Requirements document explaining a reasoning around the EEO fields and the way they are structured in Oracle. Is there any updated documentation that explains the new Veteran block?
