Candidate Data Disposal Process Error

I followed instructions listed in the post below.

After soft deleting the candidates from the system using HDL/manual, the candidates do not appear on the UI interface anymore, but still appear via OTBI reports. I ran the Disposal Data removal process for Candidates to hard delete, and got this error:

An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: The value of the attribute SiteNumber isnt valid.

Any suggestions or idea why is this happening?
