Procurement Approval action detail - hover doesnt provide rule details anymore

Summary:

We use the Action Detail to look into the approval history for Requisitions.

We noticed in the past few months (may be since 22B?) the function where we hover the mouse over an approver and it shows the Assignee and Reason (which gives the approval name) doesn't show up anymore.


This has been very helpful until it worked for the Procurement team to figure out why an approver was added to the approval workflow.

Need a way to get this functionality back. We tried in both Chrome an Edge. We did some role clean up last few months and I'm not sure if this needs some specified roles to get this functionality back.
