I'd like to view agents in certain profiles and monitor their last transaction date and time--mostly used a tool to see if an agent is sitting for long periods of time.

I'd like to view agents in certain profiles and monitor their last transaction date and time--mostly used a tool to see if an agent is sitting for long periods of time. Similar to the report attached "Transactions for User by Date", but instead of seeing all transactions for selected users, I'd like it to have a list of the agents and the date and time of the last user_trans.end_dttm.
