Restrict Hiring Manager to select Organizations while creating a Job Requisition

Hi,

We want to restrict the values under Organization field while creating a Job requisition. We have tried Job Requisition security profile along with AOR combination and Organization security profile with Org hierarchy/ Org list but none helped. Any inputs is highly appreciated. Has anyone successfully restricted the values for this "Organization" field ?
