Scheduled process to synchronize goals to performance document?

Summary:

Hello,

We have a Performance Template built out in the system. Oracle has very limited configuration available for Performance Templates once they are created.

We have identified instances where Performance Goals, Development Goals are updated by employee after Performance Document assignment - and these updates do not pull through to the Performance Document. The goals and Performance Document remain "out of sync".

We were wondering if there is a scheduled process we could run through the system to synchronize performance goals and development goals to Performance Documents?

We would like to avoid using the "use synchronized goals sections" function on the Performance Template. This would require us to create two new Performance Template Sections (one for performance goals, one for development goals), and create a new Performance Template - ultimately connecting the sections to the template. We would like to avoid doing this if possible.

Howdy, Stranger!
