HDL for Job Req template for Background check and Screening

Hi,

I am trying to create new job req templates using HDL. It throws me an error "You cant add background check screening packages because background check isnt configured. (IRC-1590702)."

Please see attached .dat file.

Note: Background check is enabled for the CSP.
