I can't access my instances "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment"

First of all, Hello

I am unable to view or access my instances (always-free tier). The issue being faced is having very similar characteristics as this post: https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/637865/how-do-i-fix-this-error-you-dont-have-permission-to-view-these-resources-in-this-compartment

I had two VMs in always-free tier. Both of them were working few days ago, when I try to access them today, I am not able to. When I check the 'instances' page, I am faced with the error: "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment. Try another compartment, or contact your administrator for help."

I am encountering an error in the request to open a support account. I have not done anything to have my account blocked. No information was given as to why he was blocked.
