How can Internal candidates update resume -Internal Career Site-Opportunity Marketplace/Current Jobs

Does anyone know, if we have an option of configuring Current Jobs .. where Internal Job Applicants can update their resume files after they have submitted their application via internal career site job posting.

Basically we have internal candidates, Who submit the Job Application with the resume that shows up in the application by default (while they have an option of changing that resume, when they submit it), They forget to, and sometimes want to change it (if they have more to share).

I only see these sections (and later when I try to edit my application). I only get an option of Withdrawing my Application.
