Suppressing goal editing in performance
Summary: We want to display goals but not allow associates and managers to edit them during the performance review process.
Content (required): We have a performance template which includes 3 sets components (3-7 behaviors, areas for development comment box, goals). We want associates and managers to be able to upload goals into the performance review, but we want them to only be able to update the goal in the goal module. In other words, we want the goals to be there for reference and for printing but not for comments or deletion. Has anyone successfully kept goals from being edited in performance reviews?
