Offboarding Jorney that take affect on the employee termination date

I created an Off boarding checklist.

I need that the tasks ( and better some of the tasks ) will be delivered on the termination date itself. Please see the print screen - I mean 01/09/22

What's happening now is that the date the tasks are delivered is the date the client creates the termination date.
