Join Accounts table with Custom Field from Contacts Table

Hello Admins,

is there a way to join information from the Accounts table (Full Name) with a Custom Field (Term date) from the Contact Table?

I've tried different ways of joining the tables. However, nothing works properly. Term date always shows a No Value result.

In my understanding, email addresses should be a common value. We also have Emp Id Custom Fields in both tables, but Im not sure if this can be sued as common value.
