How to Fetch other Rate Definition Name & values in HCM Rates Calculate Value Fast Formula

Hi Experts
We have a requirement where HR enters Over All Salary and Other components like HRA , Variable pay , PF , Benefits & Basic salary are calculated automatically .
We are creating salary basis based on salary basis type : Salary amount is determined by rates .
so for PF we need to derive a calculation
e.g 1. if Basic is > 1 lac pa - Basic (40 % of over all salary)
2. if Basic is <1 lac pa - Basic + Special(sum of HRA , Variable pay ) or 1 lac whichever is lower
so we need to create fast formula.
Is there any Input that fetches the over all salary entered by HR user at run time and way to fetch other Rate Definition used in the salary basis in HCM Rates Calculate Value fast formula
