Summary:

For our Canadian client we have a legal requirement to present everything in either English or French depending on the language opted by the user (Manager or Employee). I understand that the standard Oracle verbiage would be translated straight away (e.g. pages, tile names, instructions etc.) but how do we get the below specific items translated as per the user's preference?


1) Performance Document Name (e.g. Annual Performance Evaluation 2022)

2) Task names ( e.g. Set Goals, Self evaluation etc.)

3) Rating scale (we use custom rating scale)

4) Competencies (we are using a list of competencies)


The free form text entered by Employee/Manager e.g. Goals, Comments, Feedback, Attachments etc. are a matter between them so we don't need to translate them (such a relief!)
