Customisation of Security - Possibilities?

Summary:

User requests custom security roles based on the Billing Specialist Segregated role and the AR Specialist role, with the following in mind.

Content (required):

The current Billing Specialist Segregated Role allows the end user to create AND complete an AR invoice. A new custom role is required which will allow the end user to create but not complete the AR Invoice and must allow the following:

• Create Transaction (invoice and credit) only to incomplete status
• Create Recurring bill plan only to incomplete status
• Should be able to review Journals BUT not be able to Adjust journals
• Should be able to review instalments
