Summary:

We are trying to capture the response time from a contact. We use a status of Awaiting - xxxx Response and we need to measure the time from this status to the very next Updated Status.

We have reports that look at IF status = Awaiting OES Response get max or min date, but we need to get the next status after an Awaiting - OES Response status.
