Has Anyone Successfully used TCC to Launch a TEE Transitions Pre-Hire Process?

Trying to launch a user created Pre-Hire Process in TEE Transitions using TCC

Have been unable to locate any documentation to guide the set up of the process, short of a brief mention in the TCC User Guide that seems to indicate that it is possible. If anyone has done this, or located documentation on how to do this any help would be most appreciated.
