We need to calculate age as of first of year from original enrollment date

edited Sep 7, 2022 5:46PM in Benefits 3 comments

Summary:

We need to freeze a rate based on an employee's age the year in which they first enrolled.

Content (required):

I'm trying to use the AGE DETERMINATION DATE rule type on the age derived factors. The formula is compiling fine and would work if I had a database item which would return the Original Enrollment Date. I'm trying to use DBI BEN_PEN_ORGNL_ENRT_DT and it is not returning a value for this formula type. Please help, how would I return the Original Enrollment date in my formula.
