If the webhook / external service only supports OAuth 2.0 authentication, how to configure the webhook such that OCC can call the the webhook?

When configure a webhook, if it requires authentication, currently only HMAC Authentication is available on the Admin UI. How can we configure OAuth 2.0 authentication for the webhook?
