Use of eligibility profile in Journeys

edited Sep 4, 2023 7:29PM in Journeys 2 comments

Hello,

We are facing some troubles regarding the eligibility profiles in the Master checklist and the steps. I would like to know if the criteria that are used in the eligibility profile in the master checklist

are inherited in the Checklist steps and then apply the criteria of every new profile of each step.

For example, if the eligibility profile of the master checklist is about the business units and the pre - onboarding is about the person type, will the eligibility profile about the business units apply to the next checklist steps, or we need to add the business unit to the eligibility criteria of the checklist steps ( Pre-Onboarding, First Day of Activities, Etc)?

Howdy, Stranger!
