Hi Team,

Greetings!

We have got a potential life event triggered for multiple employees for retroactive date. Those are not getting processed due to future dates entries existing.

Hence - we need to back out these potential life events in mass. We could not use "Backout Life events" as it does not work for potential life events. Please let us know if anyone has used HDL or equivalent option for this requirement.
