Can the Annual Goal Rating depend on the monthly ratings?

I've requirement that:
A. Certain employees have monthly Objectives evaluations
B. Certain Employees have quarterly Objectives evaluations
All: employees have yearly evaluation including Objectives 50% and Competencies 50%
A. Yearly Objectives score for (A) = average score of all monthly evaluations/12
B. Yearly Objectives score for (B) = average score of all monthly evaluations/12
All: Yearly Overall calculation = Yearly Objectives Score + Competencies Score

Can Interim Performance Documents (Monthly or Quarterly) affect the Overall Score for the Main/Yearly performance document?
