Summary:

Need an alert in Field Service, if an activity is to be assigned based on requested time, and it is not assigned by half an hour before, an email alert should be sent.

Content (required):

When a high priority activity needs to be assigned by a certain time, but it is not, I want an email alert to be sent to a manager, or dispatcher to notify them, so they can make the necessary arrangements/assignment.
