I am trying to find information related to this system scheduled process. It runs every hour in our ERP and the Submitted By User is FAAdmin, which is an internal System Administrator account that is managed by the Oracle Cloud Operations Team.

Can someone provide documentation or a definition regarding this process? There is also another process run by this User that is run every 10 minutes: Ingesting attachments to OSCS.

We are showing a Workflow Action on some, but not all invoices, where the action is Attachments updated with an Approver of FUSION_APPS_FIN_SOA_APPID. Based on the date/time stamp of the workflow action, it is occurring at the same time as the ESS jobs noted (in our case the 28th minute if the hour for ESS job to run Bulk Ingest to OSCS or the 8th minute for Ingesting attachments to OSCS.
