Along with Competency can attributes (Valid from & Valid to) be part of Performance Evaluation

Summary: Is it possible to include additional attributes along with Competency and Competency Ratings in a Performance Document, under Content Sections as part of the Performance Evaluation.

Content (required):

We have a requirement to get the managers to assess the Employees Competency and rate them along with updating some attributes(including flex fields) as part of the Performance Review.

To meet this requirement we followed the below steps and it has not worked.

1) Created a Performance Template and included the Competency Section under Structure

2) Enabled the Manual section rating and checked the Enable items checkbox

3) Selected the 'Use specific content items' as we only need certain Competencies along with the attributes to be assessed.
