Are performance documents transferred automatically when an Employee is transferred Internationally?
Summary:
Client operates out of US and UK. Both the countries have various legal entities under them. The performance appraisal happens from September to November for both the countries. If an employee of a UK entity gets transferred to a US entity (new country, new entity, new department , new US manager), in October (mid appraisal) does their performance document get transferred to the new (US) Manager?
