How can employee apply for a requisition after they withdrew from same requisition

Hi Everyone,

We noticed that employee cannot reapply for same requisition if they applied and withdrew before (same requisition).

Customer wants to undersatnad what is the reason for this and if Oracle has a work around this issue.

If an employees applies, withdraws and then tries to apply for same requisition, system shows that they already have an application and cannot apply a second time.
