Self Service Registration for anonymous users fails with 400 Bad Request

• Inorder to make use of Self-Service Optimization feature recently we changed the profile option SVC_CSS_USE_FA_AS_IDP to false, Completed all the mandatory setup tasks defined in Chapter 3 (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/b2b-service/22c/faids/overview-of-mandatory-setup-tasks.html#s20060219) for IDCS,VBCS,B2B Configuration and Chapter 11 for VBCS setup. Validate Self-Service Optimization Setup is successful after the entire configuration.

After setting up IDCS, VBCS, B2B we tested the staged VBCS application for Self Registration and it is failing with 400 Bad Request .You cannot update this request, Kindly contact your admin.
